Corporate values apply to developing a business identity and loyalty, and correspond to the mission of a particular corporation. They include protocols of appearance, behaviour and procedure, and provide criteria for promotion according to merit, talent and suitability. These values represent accepted conduct within the environment of business: Effective communication, efficiency, productivity, money, talents, and developing, producing and distributing high quality products that improve the living standards of consumers.
